Arlene has been a member of the MWBA for over 45 years.
She served as a MWBA delegate at least 40 years and competed at least 40 years in the MWBA Championship Tournament. She has been a MWBA director since 1980. She was a member on the team that won the Team title once and won the All-Events title twice (1957 & 1959). She holds the MWBA All-Events record of 1914, which was in 1959. Arlene has been a member of the St. Paul WBA for over 45 years. She has served on the St. Paul Board of Directors since 1959 and has been Secretary since 1971. She was inducted into the St. Paul Hall of Fame in 1969.
Her career high game is 268, career high three-game series is 685 and high season average is 189. Arlene was a member on the team that won the St. Paul Championship team title once – shared the Doubles title in 1950-51 – won All-Events title twice (1960-61 with a score of 1763) (1961-62 with a score of 1695). She was a member on the All-City Team that won the tournament twelve times and was Queen five times. Arlene has received a plaque for competing in 42 WIBC Championship Tournaments, finished 13th in the finals of the National All-Star Tournament (1956) and finished 7th in the finals of the Worlds Invitational Tournament (1957).
