Ellen has been a member of the Minnesota WBA for 34 years. She is and has been a member of the Minnesota WBA Board since 1997. Ellen has served on the following Minnesota WBA committees: *600 Club Tournament Director 2000-2004 *Awards since 2003. She has served on the following Minnesota WBA committees: *Audit 1992 *Credentials 1993 & 1995 *Tellers 1994 *Workshop 1999-2001. Ellen has worked at the State Jamboree whenever the Minnesota WBA was in charge. She has been a delegate to the Minnesota WBA Annual Meeting since 1989 and has competed in 22 Minnesota WBA Championship Tournaments. She has organized bus trips to the State Tournaments and she has attended Minnesota WBA Jamborees since 1980.

Ellen has held membership in the Tri-City WBA since 1969. She has held the following offices: *Director 1980-1984 *Vice President 1984-1992 *Secretary-Treasurer 1992 to present. She has served as chairperson of the following Tri-City WBA committees: *Audit 2 years *Nominating 2 years *Budget 10 years. She has been a YABA (AJBC) coach since 1975 (certified 1980) *Assn. YABA president 1984-1995, Vice-President 1982-1984, Director 1980-1982 *Tri-City WBA & MBA Certification Committee 1990-2003 *BVL since 1980. Ellen has organized at least 3 teams to the WIBC Championship Tournament every year since 1990. She has been active in the Local Breast Cancer Charity by selling pins for the last two years.

Ellen has been a delegate to the WIBC Annual Meeting since 1990. She has attended many WIBC workshops for YABA, Membership Development and local offices.
