Gloria has been a member of the Minnesota WBA for 30+ years. She has competed in many (lost count) MWBA Championship Tournaments. Gloria had the high average for both MWBA and St. Paul WBA ladies during the 1986-87 season with 205. She won the Ladies' Division of the Bryant Lake ABC Classic Actual Singles title in 1991. Competed once in the Greater Lakes Invitational Tournament (GRIT) and finished second. Gloria was a member of teams who won the St. Paul Mixed Tournament Team Championship twice with one of those teams setting a new Minnesota WBA record for mixed teams with a score of 2790 (232.5 average for 12 games).
Gloria has been a member of the St. Paul WBA and Minneapolis WBA for 30+ years, starting her bowling career in 1973. She was a member of the 1990-91 Minneapolis City Tournament Team Champions. Gloria finished in the top ten in All-Events in the St. Paul City Tournament five times and top five three times. She has carried the high average in a least five different leagues since 1986. Gloria was a member of the St. Paul All-City team eight times and "Queen" of St. Paul Bowlers seven times. Gloria has had two 300 games, one in 1996 and one in 1998. She has had three 299 games. Gloria's high three-game series is 777 and her high season average is 211. She has had close to forty 700 series and hundreds of 600 series.
Gloria was a member of the Lakes Central Bowlers Association (LCBA) team four times and the LCBA All-Star second team member once and made the finals in LCBA many times and once led the qualifying. On February 10, 1996, Gloria set a WIBC National record in match Step Ladder Finals with a 300 game with 289 (Gates) at Maplewood Bowl. She has competed in at least 20 WIBC Championship Tournaments.
Gloria was inducted into the St. Paul Hall of Fame in 1995.
