Joyce has been a member of the Minnesota WBA for 46 years. She has been a MWBA director for 20+ years. She has served as Chairman on the following MWBA Committees: Nominating, 2 years, and MWBA 600 Club Membership, 17 years. Joyce has been a delegate to the MWBA State Convention 13 years and as a MWBA Director for 20 years. She has competed in 35+ MWBA Championship Tournaments. Joyce has been instrumental in the designing of our State Pins.

Joyce has been a member of the Owatonna WBA for 46 years. She has held the following Owatonna WBA offices: President, 6 years; Director, 23 years; and League President, Vice/President and Sgt-at-Arms for 40+ years. Joyce served as General Chairman of the team event at the MWBA State Championship Tournament when held in her area. She has worked with the Owatonna WBA 600 Club Tournament. Joyce's career high game, 279; career high three-game series, 694; and career high season average, 185.

Joyce has been a delegate to the WIBA Convention 15 years, and has competed in 16 WIBC Championship Tournaments.

Joyce has contributed the following valued service to the game of bowling: reports any new changes happening on WIBC and MWBA levels; reports 600 Memberships for MWBA to WIBC and MWBA; keeps local leagues informed on parliamentary procedures; promotes and recruits women to start and continue bowling. She has promoted the Owatonna WBA by forming and maintaining traveling league involving Southern Minnesota Bowlers. Promoted a Owatonna WBA logo and pins to be passed around at State and National Tournaments.
