Lisa started bowling at an early age, thanks to her father, John Eiss. Through his help and coaching, she has amassed an amazing bowling record-junior, collegiate, local, state, national and Team USA. She and her dad were the first dad and daughter to be members of Team USA. She is a 5 time member of Team USA.

In 1994-95 she was on the team that was Champion for Scratch Team Event. 2000-01 Scratch Team Event and Doubles Event Champion with Deb Lantto (State record - 1481.2001-02, 2002-03 US Open Champion, 2003-2004 Team Event Champions.

WIBC accomplishments included:1992-93 placed in the top ten in Team Event and 2005 finished 10th place in the Queen's tournament.

Lisa was a member of the World Team Challenge Championship team in 1997 and a member of the Bowler's Journal All Amateur Team in 1997 and 1998. In 1998 in the Tournament of the Americas she had a gold medal in the Singles event, Doubles event with Lynda Norry (Barnes), Mixed Foursomes and All Events. Lisa was a gold medal winner in the Team Event of the 2005 World FIQ American Zone.

She has been a member of many other tournament championship teams over the years and has gained titles in the Minneapolis City Scratch All Events, St. Paul City Doubles and Minneapolis City Team.

Lisa has a high game of 300 (4), a 784 series and a 219 season high average.
