Pat was a director for the ALWBA (Albert Lea Women’s Bowling Association) in 1980, treasurer in 1987 and secretary in 1991. She was also the association manager of the merged ALUSBC from 2006-2013, and currently continues as a director.
As a three time cancer survivor, Pat was the chairperson for Bowl for the Cure and made numerous craft items for the event to help raise donations. She was also chairperson for many other committees including the BVL, local events to help raise money for equipment or other items needed, and the Merging Committee – which had meetings in Minneapolis, Tulsa, and Milwaukee.
Received a 25 and 30 year attendance plaques from Nationals. Local city tournament team champion in 2005; Team, Doubles, Singles and All-Events champion in 1990. Local secretary/treasurer since 1980 in one league, and since 2005 in another league. Elected to the local Hall of Fame in 1995.
