Virginia Pechacek was a member of the MWBA for over 25 years. She served as a director for 10 years and was awards chairman for those years. She was a member of the Minnesota Bowling Council serving as secretary four years.
She has been a national delegate for 12 years and has bowled in 20 championship tournaments. She was a director of the St. Paul WBA six years, vice-president five years and served the association as its president for 10 years until her death.
She was secretary of the St. Paul 600 club for 20 years. She was president and secretary of the St. Paul All Star League for many years. She served as secretary of the St. Paul Bowling Hall of Fame committee for seven years. She was elected to the St. Paul Bowling Hall of Fame in 1978. Her career high game was 268 (she had this game five times), high series 693 and held an average of 191 in 1967-68 and 1968-69.
