Bill was on the Minnesota State Board for over 25 years, serving as President, and elected as a life member. He assisted the Association Secretary in running annual tournaments for many years.

Bill served as a volunteer during the 1990 US Olympic Festival’s bowling venues. He attended six ABC conventions as a delegate. He also has attended 25 state jamborees.

Bill joined the greater St. Paul board in 1963 and rose through the ranks to become President and Life Member. He served as Secretary of six bowling leagues and promoted both the City Tournament and State Tournament by organizing multiple team entries.
