Dale Hanson
St. Paul

Superior Performance
Over the past 25 years, Dale has been Mr. Consistency. It's hard to remember when Dale didn't average 200 plus, whether on short oil, long oil, 3 units of oil, shellac, lacquer, against heavy pins, or with house balls.
Dale has excelled a the local level having 75 – 80 700 plus series, with a high of 793 and a high average of 213. He bowled a 300 in 1968, a 299 in 1969, and another 300 in 1987.
He has excelled in tournament play throughout the State and at the National level. He has competed in more than 27 ABC Tournaments and has bowled in 20 Peterson Classic Tournaments.- cashing with over $1,000 four times.
But, it's in our own State Tournament where Dale has really shown his stuff. He has bowled the State Tournament every year since 1966. During this period, he has won the Actual All Events title three times; in 1966 in Duluth with a 1908; in St. Paul in 1970 with a 1950; and in 1974 in Winona with a 2008. This is winning this title three times in nine years.
In 1966, Dale was also a member of the Championship Team is the State Tournament.
Being a great team bowler is really one of Dale's best attributes – he makes them 'click'. Bowlers know that if Dale is on the team it will be a good team.
