Mabel has been a member of the MWBA for 42 years, During this time she served as a director for 5 years, vie-president for two years, first vice president for 11 years and president for none years/ She served as FRAME FACTS chairman for nine years, on the Senior Committee six years, the Hall of Fame Committee two years and Budget and Finance one year. She was a member of the Minnesota Bowling Council for nine years, and served as treasurer.
She was coordinator for the Albert Lea-Austin tournament and worked for four state tournaments. She was a delegate to the MWBA convention five years and has participated in 40 state tournaments.
She served on the WIBC credentials committee 1 year and represented the state of Minnesota at the WIBC convention nine years, and her local association 10 years. She has bowled in 18 national tournaments.
She has served her local association as president for 24 years, and as secretary for three years. She served on the following local committees: 600 Club on year, Budget and Finance 10 years and Tournament Rules for seven years. She was the YABA/AJBC director 10 years and helped organize their local 600 Club. She helped organize associations in Southern Minnesota, conducted workshops throughout the state and started the state publication 'FRAME FACTS." She received first and second place recognition for this publication from the national bowling writers and the "TELL 'EM SO" award from the State Bowling Proprietors Association. Her career high game was 266 and her high three game series was 600
