Hannah was a charter member of the Minnesota WBA. She served as State Treasurer for 23 years. She was the State delegate to the National Convention in 1950.

In 1951 she was appointed the first BVL chairperson. Along with President Bert McBride and Director Gert Finke, they took a train to St. Cloud to inquire about how to best use BVL funds. It was at that meeting the idea of the bowling lanes at St. Cloud Vets Hospital became a project for the Minnesota bowlers.

Hannah was Vice President of the St. Paul WBA in 1942 and then President from 1949-1950 and again from 1951-1957. As President of the St. Paul WBA, she extended an invitation to host the 6th Annual State Championship Tournament & Convention in St. Paul in 1953. After her terms as President, she stayed on the board as a Director.

In 1971 she received a Special Service award and she was a Life Member of the St. Paul Women's Bowling Assn.
